The Truth is True Power and it always sets you free. The Truth does not cause pain. The Truth never hurts.

Often times, the Truth feels like it hurts, but when you look at the circumstances around why the Truth hurts it is because you are bringing in the Truth after an un-Truth has been shared. When the Truth is shared after an Un-Truth- then it forces us to open up the curtain. Being called out from behind the curtain when you’re not ready is humiliating.

Most of the time the pain of that results from “learning the Truth” comes more from the rage or the hurt at having been deceived in the first place. The Truth sets us all free… and the Truth truly brings relief.

The statement that “the Truth hurts” is simply a belief. It is a belief that does not serve you or anyone else. Un-Truth always hurts- it comes from a place of Fear. The path of Fear leads down the road to more Fear, Anger, Hurt, Shame, Guilt, Resentment & Despair. Un-Truth leads to more Un-Truths- to cover up the other Un-Truths. Un-Truth always has to “cover up it’s tracks.”

The Truth comes from a place of Honesty. Honesty always leads us down the path of Clarity, Love, Honor, Respect & Authentic Power.
