Tracy's Personal Journey Into Healing
Tracy has been a natural healer and an artist since childhood. Tracy was always drawn to the Healing Arts, so naturally in college she pursued a career in Nursing. She worked as a Registered Nurse in various settings including Cardiac surgery, Intensive Care & Hospice.

Tracy has always been very spiritual, looking for deeper meaning in day to day life and circumstances. Tracy worked as a nurse because she was drawn to the spiritual healing thru physical illness. However after a few years Tracy found the focus to be too much on physical symptoms while she found the mental, emotional and spiritual sides of people were only focused on in extreme cases of disorder in which they were only addressed in the form of “diagnose, treat with medicine and hope that gets rid of the symptoms.”

Over time, life was becoming stressful and overwhelming. At one point in the middle of a shift while working in the ICU, Tracy experienced a small anxiety attack. This happened only once and did not require any intervention, but this was a wake up call to Tracy who then started looking for other ways to find spiritual healing and growth. She found Reiki and was attuned to the energy.

The effects of the Reiki attunement were nothing short of life changing- her perspectives changed, her coping changed- it was magical. After about a year of being a Reiki II practitioner, Tracy noticed that she seemed to be having more clarity on her life, more connection with the divine, but it became apparent that it was still not quite enough. Small crisis’ at work in Hospice kept coming up- the pattern was similar over and over… so Tracy sought a Holistic Counselor to help with gaining insight into these patterns and to guide her on how to move past them. Her goal was to be able to deal with situations without having to go thru crisis to learn and grow.

When she met with her Counselor Erika, her whole life changed over a period of a few weeks. Suddenly the gap between physical reality & spirituality closed. The relationship with the divine and the mundane became clear… it became clear that the two were naturally intertwined. Suddenly Tracy was able to see it. And there were techniques that could be used at will- so the Counselor taught Tracy how to do them on herself without having to rely on the Counselor to release the old beliefs, to recognize and feel the emotions, to identify the misaligned patterns & the destructive energies.

Suddenly life started to change and expand quickly. Now the mental & emotional were as much a part of the story as the physical and spiritual. It was a beautiful marriage of wholeness in this method of counseling. The past was recognized as being just as integral to our present lives as the present and future are… nothing was off limits. Tracy was able to quickly gain clarity, insight & understanding. Holistic Counseling offered a road map for creating, understanding & allowing the life of dreams.

Tracy became passionate about holistic health, counseling, meditation, and spirituality. Tracy was so moved & inspired by the effectiveness of C.O.R.E. that she decided to become a C.O.R.E. Counselor herself- to continue to heal herself on deeper and deeper levels and to continue to transform herself & to teach others how to do this- to heal & transform themselves as well.

Along the way, Tracy became a Reiki Master and a Karuna Reiki Master.  Tracy was introduced to Shamballa Multidimensional Healing and this was an amazing tool along with the counseling and Reiki.  She became a Shamballa MDH Master. All of these amazing, beautiful energies work symbiotically with the counseling to create abundant change and spiritual ascension.  Tracy is passionate about Light Working and Living Magically in harmony with our Earth Mother.
