Tracy is passionate about teaching people to see the “hidden messages"… to see that our physical reality is a form for our higher spiritual expression. And our emotions are the tools that help guide us… it’s absolutely amazing what happens in your life when you start to allow your emotions to be tools for self exploration and growth. This work is not about getting stuck in or overwhelmed by our emotions- but about freeing them up, experiencing them and moving forward- always becoming more!
